EIGHTEENTH. NO EXERCISE OF RIGHTS. The non-exercise or delay in the exercise of any right contained or derived from this agreement or the partial exercise of the same will not be understood as the waiver of said right or the estoppel thereof.

NINETEENTH. COMPLETE UNDERSTANDING. This agreement constitutes the total agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the matters contained herein.

No Spam, Spyware or Spoofing
No user of the Site should use our communication tools to send spam or content that violates our terms of use.

 Account Protection

Your password is the key to your account. Publish ads with links or web pages from other classified sites including logos on the photos.

Post duplicate listings in multiple categories or multiple cities.

Post contact information in fields other than those assigned.

Post advertisements that have no other purpose than to send traffic to another website.

Post advertisements related to multi-level marketing or any other prohibited employment.

Post ads that contain adult, pornographic or erotic content. Likewise, any sexual content related to minors or people who are not capable of understanding the meaning of their actions or people who are incapable of resisting said actions. Harassing or pestering to obtain personal or intimate relationships is not allowed.

Publish defamatory ads, with hate speech, or content that promotes or advocates crimes, vices, intolerance or discrimination.

Post opinions, news and discussion topics outside of the discussion forums. Intentionally posting misleading information. Any advertisement that does not comply with AMICASA's policies will be deleted from the site. Additionally, users who violate these policies will be prevented from using amicasa in the future. Our general rule is that you may not list, sell, or purchase items or services that are illegal to own, purchase, or sell in your country of residence, or that are not sold or purchased in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Publish ads with information on the images, such as prices, brands, phone numbers, email addresses, web pages, or any other information that can be included in the ad description. Post headshots in job searches or service offers, photos with text included, collage photos, multiple items together in one photo, links and/or contact information in the image.

 

You are responsible for making sure that you comply with all applicable laws regarding the items you buy or sell.
